WORLD ESPORTS CONSORTIUM – WESCO, global business developer digital sports and project creator and GLOBAL ESPORTAINMENT SUMMIT – GES, the largest professional esports and digital entertainment event in Europe and the Spanish-speaking world have formalized a collaboration agreement by which both entities will carry out dissemination and development activities international.
At the GES 23 celebration in Barcelona on October 25 and 26, it will take place within of the Summit program, a special ceremony with the formalization of this collaboration agreement to be signed by Daniel Cossi, President of WESCO and Antonio Lacasa, CEO of Global Sports & Entertainment, manager of the GES.
WESCO, with more than 370 members worldwide, promotes education, legislation, regulation and management standards, adding companies and entities and being the voice of electronic sports innovation. To this adds the promotion of digital sport around the world promoting positive changes on an international level.
This philosophy and form of action coincides entirely with GLOBAL's mission. ESPORTAINMENTE SUMMIT which, since its creation, has worked to develop activities to bring together business and innovation assets around the ecosystem 2 esports and digital entertainment as business elements. Its main axes are the knowledge, research, training, dissemination and networking.
This agreement will have a roadmap of activities and promotional actions and international events that will be implemented from 2024.
