The Global Esports Summit 2023 and Tencent Esports Annual Conference was set to take place in the vibrant city of Shenzhen, China, from July 14 to 15, 2023.

In order to further promote the digital transformation and upgrading of China's sports industry and promote the healthy development of the digital sports industry and esports industry, the preparatory group of the Digital Sports and E-sports Professional Committee of the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC), was officially established at the end of July 2023. WESCO as a partner is included in this initiative and so is in D50 Global Digital Economy Alliance (as one of the founders, since 2019).
